Kinescope is a B2B video platform. Joined in 2024 to scale growth, build a marketing team and strategy, and start international expansion.

What I Did

  • Built the marketing team from scratch (6 people: content, PR, performance, design)
  • Created growth strategy & core content plan
  • Led international launch in Brazil: local entity, first customers, hired BD
  • With the team, rebuilt the entire knowledge base (45+ pages) in 3 languages (RU, EN, PT)
  • Introduced systematic use of AI (ChatGPT & Claude) for research, traffic analysis, localization

Content First, Everything Else Works Around It

For me, great marketing starts with content that is genuinely useful — it helps the user and naturally tells the product story. SEO, case studies, webinars, ads, social, and sales materials work best together, as parts of one system.

I love digging into data, but numbers are just one piece of the puzzle. The real impact comes when all channels work in sync to deliver consistent, valuable messages.

Yes, selectively. Everything I take on is B2B SaaS — the field I've spent my whole career in: entering new markets, launching products from zero, and automating marketing teams with AI.

What kind of companies do you work with?
